    I’m Pauline, a certified breathwork facilitator and coach-in-training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). After 20 years running my own career management business, I now offer coaching and breathwork to help individuals and organisations navigate change, reduce stress and burnout, and reconnect with what matters most.
