In my 40s, life looked great from the outside—successful London career, travel, a beautiful home, loving friends and family, and Ralphie, my polar bear pup. But inside, I was in turmoil.
I was grieving the loss of my dad. Memories of an abusive marriage haunted me. I lived in a constant state of hypervigilance—panic attacks, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. My hormones were all over the place. I knew something had to change. I felt a deep sense that life had more to offer—that healing had to come from within.
I tried everything: therapy, acupuncture, yoga, nutrition, meditation. But I still couldn’t reach what was buried deep inside.
Then I found breathwork.
I joined a class, not knowing what to expect. I lay on a mat and began a circular breathing pattern—active inhale, soft exhale. After 30 minutes, the tears came. Grief, sadness, pain I didn’t know I was carrying washed over me. I felt lighter. Something shifted. A weight lifted from my chest. I had never experienced anything like it.
That moment changed my life.
Driven by curiosity and transformation, I spent two years immersing myself in breathwork. I trained with leading experts:

Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage) – learning functional and performance-focused breathing for daily life, sleep, and high performance.

Buteyko Clinic International – studying breathing techniques to support asthma (something I’ve lived with since childhood), anxiety, and sleep.

Benedict Beaumont (Breathwork School) – where I truly met myself, healed the past, and reclaimed my power through breath.

To make offerings available to everyone I have a variety of programs from 1:1 in-person breathwork coaching in Brighton & Hove and online sessions worldwide to group breathwork programs, monthly workshops, and yearly retreats. I work with companies to enhance their employee wellness programmes and sustain a healthy and happy workplace.
