Throughout our retreat, we will incorporate various modalities and sessions, including:
Opening Cacao Ceremony: Begin our journey with a heart-opening ancient ritual that deepens connections with yourself and others.
Breathwork: Explore transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions — a portal to your inner self, opening space for insights, expansion, and positive change. Additionally, other breathing techniques will be explored.
Yoga: Daily slow Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes will rejuvenate your body and nurture your spirit. The breath and body are brilliant tools for presence, offering moments of stillness and introspection to connect with your physicality.
Workshops: Engage in talks and practical workshops to gain a deeper understanding of topics within the realms of Well-being, Yoga and Breathwork.
Sound Baths: Experience meditative sound waves from gongs, singing bowls, a hang drum and more creating possibilities for shifts in perception and energy release.
Journalling: Delve into self-reflection and introspection.
Nature Walks: Embrace the serenity of nature surrounded by mountainous landscapes. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world, allowing its gentle rhythms to awaken your senses and deepen your appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things.
Massages/Bodywork*: Choose from Treatments like Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Indian Head and Abdominal Massage to release blockages and deeply relax.
The retreat concludes with a Closing Sacred Fire Gathering, creating an intimate space for sharing and connection.

About Us:
Pauline and Charlotte bring their expertise in Breathwork, Yoga, and Health Coaching to create a nurturing space for healing and transformation.
Pauline is a Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner and Health Coach. She brings an open-hearted and non-judgmental approach creating a nurturing space for healing and transformation. She has been blessed to have the opportunity to be mentored under the guidance of Benedict Beaumont the Founder of the Breathing Space Breathwork Centre, a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. Pauline has also studied the Buteyko Breathing Method and trained under Patrick McKeown Founder of Oxygen Advantage.
Charlotte is a Health & Wellbeing Coach (CNM) and yoga Teacher trained at a Sivananda centre in Kerala, India in 2012. Since then she has trained under Meghan Currie (slow Vinyasa), Uma Dinsmore (Pre-Natal), Sally Parkes (Post-Natal), and Petra Coveney (Menopause). Charlotte teaches Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Her classes are about moving slowly and creatively, exploring the power of the breath, accepting the fluctuations of emotions, and connecting to the inner wisdom of our body. She loves to incorporate ancient sounds from Gongs and singing bowls. Charlotte is also a Massage Therapist (Thai Yoga, Osteo-Thai, Abdominal, Indian Head and Reiki) and never underestimates the power of touch.
