The Space & Group Size: The workshop is held in a beautiful, nurturing, and grounding space, with a small group (maximum of 7 people). As an experienced Breathwork Facilitator, I am passionate about ensuring each person feels supported and held within their breathwork journey. 😊

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)? Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a therapeutic practice involving deep, rhythmic breathing techniques designed to facilitate emotional release, clarity, a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and others, and spiritual exploration. It creates a space to help clear unresolved stories and emotions stored in the body. CCB can provide insights into our inner landscape, revealing struggles and internal battles that we may not have been fully aware of, and promoting overall healing and self-awareness.
What is a Cacao Ceremony? A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual ritual that involves consuming ceremonial-grade cacao in a group setting to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration.
About Your Facilitator: I bring an open-hearted and non-judgmental approach, creating a nurturing space for healing and transformation. I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator & NLP Practitioner. My extensive qualifications and experience include:
- Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator
- Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor
- Certified Buteyko Breathing Coach
I have been trained and mentored by Benedict Beaumont, Founder of Breathing Space, and Patrick McKeown, Founder of Oxygen Advantage. I have qualified under schools that are members of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
