You’ll be guided through a mindfulness meditation and breathwork practice designed to ease anxiety, release tension, and help you feel more centred and calm.
Using simple, science-backed breathing techniques, you’ll be guided to regulate your nervous system, ease anxiety, and release physical and mental tension.
No prior experience is needed. Just come exactly as you are — this space is here for you.

If you wake feeling anxious, tense, or already overwhelmed, this session provides a grounded approach to reset your nervous system and start your day with a sense of ease.
This live morning breathwork session is designed to calm your nervous system before the day takes hold. It’s especially supportive if you wake with a racing mind, feel stress or anxiety in your body, or simply want to begin your day feeling more grounded.
You’ll be guided through simple, effective breathing techniques that regulate your stress response, quiet the mind, and help you reconnect — so you can move into your day feeling calm, focused, and balanced.
No experience needed. You’re genuinely welcome to come in your pyjamas, with bed hair, and take this time just for you.
