About this Event – Life’s journey is marked by constant change—endings and beginnings that shape our existence. The “Endings” workshop aims to explore our inner landscapes—emotions and beliefs—about these transitions, which may manifest as a range of feelings, including sadness, confusion, relief, or happiness. Whether you’re facing the end of a relationship (whether it has already happened or is imminent), saying goodbye to a friendship, mourning a loved one, missing a pet, or navigating a career shift, our workshop provides a nurturing environment to explore your inner landscape using Breathwork, Sacred Sound Healing, and Bodywork.
In this safe space, we encourage you to connect with your feelings, allowing self-love and compassion to flourish. Through Breathwork, we embrace the past and step forward into the future with an open heart. Join us to transform your endings into new beginnings, finding peace and clarity on your path forward.
What is Conscious Connect Breathwork – Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), is a specific type of Breathwork, that is a powerful self-healing technique, that promotes improved physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
What is a Sound Bath – A sound bath can be a meditative experience where those present are bathed in sound waves from gongs, singing bowls and more… Research has shown that a sound bath can help to deeply relax the body, calm the mind, and heal the nervous system.

About Pauline and Charlotte – Pauline is a Breathing Space Breathwork Facilitator and NLP Practitioner based in Hove. Charlotte is a Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Health Coach, and Sound Practitioner based in Saltdean, Brighton. They are both extremely passionate about creating a very safe place where people can really feel and self-heal.
