With over 20 years’ experience running my own career management business — and a long-standing commitment to supporting people through life and work transitions — I now offer transformational wellness coaching and breathwork as powerful pathways to clarity, resilience, and lasting change. I’m currently training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working towards my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.
In addition to coaching, I’m a qualified Breathwork Facilitator — bringing a grounded, embodied approach to wellbeing and stress management.
